Terms of use

Effective 14 September 2026.

These are the terms for using lindly, in plain language. They form an agreement between you and the company behind lindly, and they sit alongside our privacy policy, which covers how we handle your data.

Who these terms are between

lindly is operated by Prescore GmbH. These terms are an agreement between you and Prescore GmbH; our full legal and contact details are in the imprint. By setting up an account and using the app, you agree to them.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms in the app when you set up your account — onboarding asks you to agree before you create your Home. If you don't agree, please don't use lindly. If we change the terms, continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

What lindly is

lindly is a mobile and web app for tracking an infant's day — feeding, diapers, sleep, and activities — on one shared, real-time timeline across the people who care for your child. You log events; lindly records, syncs, and summarizes them.

Not a medical device, not medical advice.lindly is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Where it shows things like growth curves, it shows where your child's logged measurements sit — it never tells you what to do about them. It is a record-keeping and coordination tool, not a substitute for your pediatrician or professional medical judgment. Always rely on a qualified professional for health decisions.

Your account

  • Start on your device, no email needed. On the app you can start tracking right away — lindly creates an account tied to your device, without asking for an email or password up front.
  • Confirm an email to secure it. Confirming an email address — via a link we send you — is what lets you invite other caregivers and gives you a way back into your account from another device. Until you confirm, the account lives on the device you created it on; if you lose that device before confirming, you may lose access to it. You can add a password after confirming, as a backup way to sign in.
  • Keep your access to yourself. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in — your device, your email link, your password — to yourself. Invite others through lindly's sharing rather than by handing over your login.
  • You're an adult acting for the child. lindly is for parents, guardians, and the caregivers they invite. The account holder must be an adult. The children tracked in it can't agree to anything themselves — you use lindly on their behalf, as someone with the authority to do so.

Sharing a Home

A Home is shared: you can invite the other people who care for your child — a co-parent, a grandparent, a nanny — and grant each of them access per child. Who you invite, and what you give them access to, is your responsibility. Invite only people you trust with your family's data, and remove access when someone no longer needs it. Everyone you invite is bound by these terms too.

Using lindly responsibly

Use lindly for what it's for — caring for and coordinating around your own child. Please don't:

  • track a child you have no right to track, or invite yourself into a Home you weren't given access to;
  • try to break, overload, or probe the service, or get at data that isn't yours;
  • use lindly to break the law or to upload content you have no right to share.

We may limit or end access that abuses the service or puts other people's data at risk.

Pricing

lindly is free to use today. A paid Premium plan for larger Homes is planned, but nothing is charged without an explicit action from you — you are never billed by surprise, and prices will be shown before Premium exists.

  • The free tier covers 1 child, 2 parents plus 1 caretaker, and a 30-day viewing window on your history.
  • That 30-day window limits what you can browse, not what is recorded — everything you log keeps being saved, and your complete history is always free to export.

Availability

We work hard to keep lindly running, but it is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee or SLA. We may change, add, or discontinue features, and we'll give you reasonable notice of a material change or discontinuation. It's a helpful record, not a guaranteed one — don't rely on it as your only copy of something that matters, and never as a source of medical guidance.

Our liability

To the fullest extent Swiss law allows, lindly is provided as-is, and Prescore GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swiss law.

Your data & privacy

How we store and handle your family's data — hosted in Switzerland, no ads, no data sold, free export — is set out in our privacy policy. It's part of the agreement for using lindly; please read it alongside these terms.

Ending your use, and erasure

You can stop using lindly at any time, and delete your account in the app whenever you like. Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible — it hard-deletes your personal data rather than hiding it (see the privacy policy for how erasure works). We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where we have to for legal or safety reasons.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. If we make a material change, we'll tell you in the app and by email before it takes effect. The current terms always reflect how lindly actually works.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland — to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law does not provide otherwise.
